The platform allows administrators to authenticate users, provide role-based permissions and maintain audit trails via a unified portal.

Email Archiving allows enterprises to record, save and index historical and sent/received emails across personal folders and email servers in real-time. It offers a host of features such as real-time email monitoring, disaster recovery, data import and export, remote backup, reports, document redaction, custom workflows, centralized data storage and more. Additionally, the built-in search functionality allows users to find emails and attachments using names, file type and other attributes.

Effective and Cost-Effective Email Archiving Solution

Overall, my experience with Intradyn’s email archiving has been positive. It reliably handles our email data and helps us stay compliant with regulations. The setup was a bit tricky, and there are some occasional integration issues, but these are minor compared to the benefits. It’s a solid, cost-effective solution that fits well with our use of Exchange and Microsoft 365.

Pros:

We’ve been using Intradyn with both Exchange and Microsoft 365, and it’s been really effective for us. The features are solid and reasonably priced. It does what we need it to do without any fuss, making it a reliable choice for managing our email data. The compliance and eDiscovery tools are great, helping us stay on top of legal and regulatory requirements. Plus, it works seamlessly with Exchange and Office 365, fitting right into our setup

Cons:

There are a few minor challenges we’ve encountered, like the initial setup being a bit complex and some occasional integration issues. Also, compared to some of the more expensive options, Intradyn lacks a few advanced features. For example, it doesn’t have as many customization options for archiving policies or as extensive analytics and reporting tools. The search performance can also be slower with very large email archives, which might be a drawback if you have a ton of data. But honestly, these issues are pretty minor compared to the overall benefits.

Simple. Set it and forget it. The daily email recaps are quick and easy to read and provide all the information you need. Hands down one of the best products I have used for ease of use and lack of babysitting required to keep it up and running.

Cons:

I wish the SaaS offering was a little closer in price to the on-prem version.

Save your time with INTRADYN

Indeed, it is relatively expensive but the quality of the work it can do is unimaginable. Depending on the circumstances, we have the option to expand the storage capacity, which is a superb feature. Last but not least, this software allows creating multiple access to several end users so that peace of mind exists when using INTRADYN.

1. A very useful software as it helps to save my time by enabling me to search aged Emails based on various criteria such as attachments, folders, tags, etc.. 2. The dashboard is quite lucrative and well furnished with solid features; hence help to ease to operate the software without a hassle. 3. Another solid feature is data/mail retention methodology, as it allows us to set up the process smoothly without a conflict.

Cons:

I did not come across any serious issues so far. Indeed, price is high; however, it is justifiable since it guarantees the maximum satisfaction for users. Another small drawback is, Messaging Intelligence graphical representation confuse the users, thus it does not impair the quality of this software.

We are meeting required retention periods, can easily produce email records when necessary and there are less help-desk calls to locate emails for end users.

Pros:

It works day after day without intervention, locating and exporting emails is fast and easy. End users like the ability to search their emails based on date and specific content without having to manually scroll through long lists. Very seldom have to contact support but when needed their support rocks. Has to be the best I have encountered in my IT years.

Cons:

I have yet to find anything I do not like. This software does what is was purchased for.

Intradyn Email Archiving

This is an excellent product. We did a pretty exhaustive evaluation of email archiving products and they have the best price/quality to offer. Also their customer support is the best I've encountered in my 32 years of IT.

Pros:

The best customer support I've ever used. The software works well and has very good compression, stubbing , search and exporting features. It has the ability to provide multi-tenancy which was a requirement for our purchase.

Cons:

Depending on the workload it can take a lot of computing resources. It should be installed on storage with very low latency and have plenty of cpu/mem available to it.

Been a user for the last several years and found the Intradyn Email Archiver to be an extremely stable product. Install and forget type of appliance. Sets up in minutes. Intuitive user interface.

Cons:

I wish it had a more graphical way of displaying social media posts.
