Tania, We like to see good ratings, especially on Customer Support. We work hard to be responsive and answer questions. Our goal is a top rating across all measures. Thank you for giving positive feedback and being so willing to recommend us to your colleagues. As far as concerns with the user interface, it seems you may be referring to the Easy Data Entry Window which lists specification limits, but not control limits. Other users have solved this by including the variable chart as part of the screen display. Thank you for taking the time to give feedback Cristina! Ease of use at all three levels is something that we are especially proud of, and that most of our other customers point out as well. Regarding the ability to compare data from data tables from different data banks in one report, the software is able to do that at the Manager access level. The software is also able to create charts by inputting the dates instead of selecting the actual data from the data table spreadsheet. We are happy to show you how and will contact you soon. Also, we agree that our developers do an excellent job of maintaining Synergy SPC's position as the easiest SPC software to use on the market. Regarding working with your other quality software, Synergy SPC can absolutely do that! Through the use of either the Multi-function Toolbox or the DLL, this is a cinch. Regarding the ease of editing the data tables and being able to move them around within a program, this can be done using the add/insert/remove functions.
