    Pros:
    The collaborative capability in Esper is an amazing tool. I also appreciate the notifications from Esper letting you know when you have a requirement, or when someone has made comments. Both abilities allow the workflow to continue when everyone involved is working from various locations.
    Cons:
    One of the things I have found frustrating about Esper is that id doesn't recognize many of the words used by our agency. When this happens, every time the document is opened those words not recognized are underlined as an error in spelling. It would be great if we could "add" these words to a "dictionary" in Esper as an acceptable/valid term.

    Esper adds much needed clarity to project management

    I feel that Esper created clear project assignments, sequence, and due dates to allow a seamless workflow for a very complex task with multiple contributors. The platform allows all users to easily see the entire scope and sequence, responsibilities, and timelines. Users can easily sort tasks in multiple ways to view various projects in different stages.

    The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate the organization and clarity it adds to the project management.

    There are some steps that could potentially be consolidated in our project design, but that can easily be remedied within the current customization options.
