Pros:

I love the easy of use and complete feature set. With the new HTML widgets in the dashboards, Ubifunctions and key integrations, it is a very complete service. Customer service is amazing so I am very content.

Cons:

There are some features I would love to see such as "event on data send". That said, new functions are being added all the time and the programmable nature of the platform makes it easy to find an alternative way of achieving what you need.

Pros:

Customer support is fantastic, the tools, including plugins and custom functions, have made it easy to integrate new products, while the continually expanding features allows us to keep adding new functionality and capabilities for our end users.

Cons:

The pricing model around variable limits per device can take some getting used to. It’s easy to exceed the 20 variables limit when expanding an existing deployment, particularly with soil moisture probes where a single sensor can use as many as 24 variables. We understand the rationale, but it’s something to be aware of during system growth.

We chose Ubidots because it offered a more professional interface and felt easier to use compared to alternatives. The ability to trial the platform, combined with online documentation and responsive support during evaluation, made the decision straightforward.

Easy to use, yet powerful and flexible.

My experience overall was excellent. The actual software and platform was great, and the Ubidots support teams was extremely helpful getting me up and running and also ironing out any kinks.

Cons:

Pricing. Seems to be complex to explain to an end user that they had to pay for the dots out depending on the number of times the page is refresh for example

Ubidots is a Flexible, Powerful, and Feature-Rich IoT Platform with Great Support

Overall, Ubidots has been a great platform for our IoT projects. The ability to tweak dashboards and widgets to fit my needs is a big plus, and the advanced features make it really versatile. The support team has been great whenever I needed help, which makes a huge difference. If you're looking for a platform with lots of customization options and an industrial focus, this is a solid choice.

As an IoT Integrator, I really like how customizable Ubidots is. The widgets and dashboards make it easy to display data exactly how I want, and the advanced device features give a lot of control over integrations. It’s also great that their support team is responsive and helpful whenever I run into issues.

Cons:

There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially at the beginning. Some things aren’t super intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a really powerful tool.

It is easy to use and can be customised for an excellent end user experience. Development of applications can be done very quickly with the extensive set of tools provided in the platform.
