Zest Is Truly Outstanding!As both vendors and users of the platform, we can't help but express our enthusiasm for Zest. Every week, without fail, we receive outstanding feedback about the sheer ease and effectiveness that the Zest platform brings to our clients' experiences.The platform has turned the art of gifting and receiving gifts into an exciting journey! Post-acceptance, recipients can gracefully respond with heartfelt notes directly through the app. This addresses one of the most pressing concerns in gifting - the uncertainty of whether the gesture was appreciated.Once the recipient accepts the gift, they enter their address details, and then the details are sent to the vendor who's fulfilling the gift.The seamlessness and joy that accompany this process are precisely what gifting should be about.Zest unquestionably stands as the Greatest of All Time (🐐) in our eyes!

It’s free to use!! They seem to be rolling out new features every month that make the gifting experience even more fun.

Cons:

I don’t have anything particular to say negatively about the platform.We aren’t sophisticated users by any means.

Pros:

We use the platform across our GTM efforts. It's extremely easy to use and free for orgs sending fits. What I love the most is I don't have to ask folks for their mailing address--just drop them a link to the gift. The unboxing of the gift is pretty cool too!

Cons:

Overall the platform is really great. As the team ships more features, I'd love to see easier visibility on tracking my orders.
