A Game-Changer for Procurement Process

My overall experience with Pivot has been extremely positive. The tool is intuitive, efficient, and has truly simplified our procurement process. Excellent value for money product, good customization options

The product team was very present during all stages of the product; we managed to improve and adapt the product together to fit our specific needs, revolving around integration with accounting (Sage), virtual card, and contracts implementation.

Very user-friendly, UX is streamlined and fluid. Excellent value for money compared to our previous procurement tool. Very reactive support team. Outstanding OCR.

Cons:

Accounting integration (creation of the purchase entries, accruals, and credit notes) was not native to Sage ERP; numerous workshops were necessary to develop the end product.

Price was very attractive and very promising OCR, also UX.

Pros:

Pivot is user-friendly and very intuitive, making it easy for the teams to submit requests and track expenses. The platform covers our entire procurement workflow, from purchase requests to invoice payment, which streamlines the whole process. The entire team from sales, to ops, to customer support very responsive and kind.

Cons:

I don't have major complaints about the platform. Pivot is still evolving as a product and the team is very receptive to our feedback. We work collaboratively with them to add features that meet our specific needs, which makes the partnership valuable.

Reasons for switching to Pivot

Ivalua wasn't adapted to our company size. It was too expensive and overly complex for our needs. We required a more user-friendly and cost-effective solution that our teams could easily adopt.

Our experience with Pivot has been very positive. It has streamlined our procurement process by centralizing the creation and approval of purchase orders. It has helped us adapt somewhat more difficult processes that are not quite typical for procurement. This has resulted in considerable time savings, e.g., by eliminating manual tasks, Google Sheets, and email or Slack messages.

Pros:

Pivot's intuitive interface makes it easy to understand and use. The approval process is clear and well-structured, giving both users and approvers full visibility over the status of requests. We particularly appreciated how flexible it is, making it a great tool for a variety of use cases. In addition to the technical aspect, the most remarkable thing is the collaboration and communication with the Pivot team, especially Célia. They go above and beyond to create a perfect and seamless user experience. We can count on them to get things done quickly. They genuinely listen to our feedback and always try to accommodate and implement our needs.

Cons:

As the platform is very new, we don’t always know what other functionalities are still being developed and what impact this will have on our processes. However, from having worked with the team for 6 months, we are confident that upcoming developments will align well with our needs.

Reasons for choosing Pivot

The demo of Pivot convinced us the most. The interface was very clear, and the tool wasn’t overloaded with features, making it intuitive to use. It’s well-structured and, compared to the alternatives, offers greater flexibility and more opportunities for mutual growth. Also important to us was the responsiveness and excellence of the Pivot team - they are a pleasure to work with. Finally, the competitive pricing was also a key deciding factor.
