Functionality

Pros:

This has revolutionized several of our customer processes. Significantly easier for ISR's to provide full service to customers. Increased accuracy and decreased abandonment due to complexity of application from day one.

Cons:

It takes a bit of time to get the setup correct. Also, the instructions and interface once the form is complete require some explanation. Could be more intuitive.

boost your conversion rates with this form builder

i heard about the formtitan project via google news, i tested it and found its so robust. lot of payments integrations, 3rd party integrations and many responsive free templates.

i dont like the auto login emails feature , i understand its security but i find it disturbing.

The BEST form builder available

I have tried a few other form builders before, usually only keeping them through the free trial period and then end up cancelling. FormTitan has been an amazing time-saver for me and I am a forever customer!

Everything I Needed

Started having troubles with older forms, and couldn't find a way to fix it with old software, found out about this through a friend and have loved using it since the first day.
