    I love it, it tells me the issue that I can look ait it with the specific account
    Cons:
    When the rent account are in credit and they also on my work tray, i do understand that they are picked up in basis of the rules but they are not in arrears.

    The platform enables contact with the right customer, at the right time. The reporting suite that runs alongside rent sense to support arrears hotspots and areas that require more attention are brilliant for an overall proactive approach.
    Cons:
    It would be great to have an 'arrangements' function set up directly and managed in rent sense. When a direct debit returns, it does not show as this in the transaction breakdown.

    ease of use, Mobysoft is very engaging and always available and helpful
    Cons:
    Nothing really, it can be difficult sometimes to know why cse is showing under which rule however we haev some training coming up around this.

    A valuable tool to reduce risk, manage debt and support residents

    I have used RentSense in three different role - as a housing officer, a line manager and now as a senior manager. In all three instances, I have found RentSense to be an important tool in helping to manage/reduce risk and to support residents

    As a senior manager with a large housing association, having RentSense enables me to have a clear over of actions being taken by offers to reduce debt and support residents. It provide me with an overview of trends and allows me and my managers to plan and deliver targeted interventions.
    Cons:
    My only disappointment with RentSense is that this is not fully linked to our internal systems. This requires officers to complete actions on one and then 'tick' RentSense to confirm the task has been done. This does present a risk that someone could accidentally tick an action but not do the work to support this. I would therefore much prefer it if our systems worked fully together

    My overall experience is very positive. I believe in this product, my staff (after the initial worry) really like it, and the feedback has been very positive. It has enabled us to reduce caseload so we can tackle and spend more time on complex cases.

    How it enables my staff to focus on those cases we probably wouldn't see if we did not have rent sense. It really focuses our efforts to prevent arrears and for us to tackle arrears a lot earlier.
    Cons:
    There's nothing to really dislike about it. However, it does sometimes recommend cases that we don't need to see and occasionally it doesn't recommend cases we would wan to see.

    Fantastic software for income collection teams!!

    I have had a very positive experience with Rentsense over the years. The staff are excellent and always available to discuss ideas or resolve issues in a timely manner, the implementation team and CSM have been really organised, communicated well, and delivered the system and training as per the project plan.

    RentSense allows the team to work much more efficiently, removing the need to see accounts that require no action, based on our own policies and procedures. The system is very user friendly and I have always found it to be reliable, with very little (if any) downtime.
    Cons:
    I really struggle to find any negative comments regarding the use of RentSense.. If I had to be super picky I would like to see the software fully integrate with a wider number of Housing Management Systems, allowing users to add case notes directly from RentSense as standard, removing the need to move between systems.

    Splitting cases that need attention into groups to assist with time management, batch working and clues for investigation. The reporting and analytics are great for Managers and work can be reassigned at times of pressure or absence. The development of the product by Mobysoft is awesome as they predict our needs and sector changes to enable us to move with the times.
    Cons:
    Nothing really, sometimes its hard to see why some cases are recommended but the helpdesk are very helpful and will investigate and support our query.
