At some point they still had some improvements for their data, but this seems fixed now.

Anymail finder is the best email finder I've come across. It only charges for fully verified emails, and is super easy to use. Their customer support is also very helpful, [sensitive content hidden] was very generous with his time helping me out.

Could potentially be useful in some cases, but I wouldn't risk using them with the kind of support they have right now.

Horrendous support. Guy called [sensitive content hidden] goes on ego trips to just to try to show you who's boss. God forbid you disagree with him on something. My experience with the tool sucked and I had a 1-year subscription with them. I asked for a refund on day 1 of the subscription (even asked them to subtract all my trial usage) and they refused—blatant theft. The guy [sensitive content hidden] they have handling things will be a chargeback magnet and will end this company if things continue like that. Last time I did a chargeback was so, so, so long ago that I had to figure out how to do it all over. They're that bad and left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I felt I needed to share this on every review platform on the planet. [sensitive content hidden] seem like reasonable people but they refuse to overrule this guy and he absolutely has no business running a company for sure.

The biggest downfall is expiration of credits.

Had an issue with connecting it to my make.com but spoke to support team and it fixed asap which is good

The software delivers what it promises, and is easily utilized. The simplicity makes figuring it out quick. The unlimited unverifiable emails is a godsend, and truly works. I have found an >80% deliverable rate when combining both verifiable and unverifiable emails, and response rate to be consistent with industry expectations/ norms.

There really isn't anything least liked, especially for the cost:value. One feature to add might be matching names to unverifiable emails returned (once an unverifiable email is returned from a general company search, perhaps being able to then upload the results file to see if a person's name could be matched to that email). I would pay for this added capability.

It is easy for one contact to a bulk upload. It just works as you’d expect and scores the results so you know how accurate the results are.

There really isn’t any negatives other than some emails are harder to find.

It's really easy to use. And it helps validate email addresses quickly when it works.

It's reliability. It only comes back with a verified email address less than 50% of the time in recent months.

I like all of it's features. The ease of use of their UI, very helpful staff and also their features are just awesome.

I couldn't think of anything not great about this product.

It helped me to cosntruct a simple base for cold email campaign

it's not a french native tools so, it can have some difficulties to find french prospect.
