Thank you Jamen for the positive review, we highly appreciate it. Your team has done an excellent job during the implementation. We agree that FDA Validation Requirements for Life Sciences make go-live harder, but at Cloudtheapp we strive to do everything possible to make it simpler including: - The platform is fully validated for every update. - We recently released a new Validation App, to electronically manage the cycle of validating configured modules. - We offer validation of configured modules as a service We urge our customers to innovate their way by configuring modules based on their internal processes, and with that comes the cost of validating this configuration, but also comes the advantage of not changing internal processes to work according to the software. A feature is available in 2022.5.0 (expected in two weeks) that allows opening PDF files directly in the browser. That covers the majority of files you have. Thank you Ana, we appreciate and value your positive feedback, we also thank you for your team's dedication and willingness to share information during the implementation project, that led to a very successful implementation. At Cloudtheapp we continuously introduce new features based on the feedback we get from customers, the first feature you mentioned in your review is already developed and it will be released to production system very soon. It will be possible for you to configure a notification description based on selected fields or even based on rules to make it dynamic. The last entered comment by the user can be also injected in the notification description optionally. Regarding printing, In addition to excel export and automatic conversion of attachments to PDF, we also have features (already released part of 2021 update) that allow you to setup PDF reports for your forms, we will follow up with you to discuss further. We also have short term plans to introduce additional PDF
