Pros:

This program is EXTREMELY easy to use. My administrator sends a link in the email and it allows for me to take the surveys anonymously. You can also customize your survey to be extremely professional or fun!

Cons:

I don't have a lot of cons with survey monkey to be honest. It does the job it is intended to do.
