The Searchanise app, installed into our ecommerce system, has increased our sale and has helped bring informative information to our customers at a much higher rate.

Cons:

There are times where we have to do a lot of manual re-indexing, to assure all our products are indexed for search.

Google like fast search for Woocommerce, Shopify and other stores

Having 50k products, the server would choke when a search request comes in but Searchanise churns the request like a pro in unbelievable time. Go for it!

This app works for our large catalog

Overall, we've been using Searchanise for over a year and we've grown into it. We started initially in a lower tier plan and have been able to grow our catalog and provide customers with a better shopping experience.

There are often times where were will be working on a new feature for our website and the team at Searchanise will be very responsive and helpful with implementing new changes, small or large.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike about Searchanise. Whenever we've had issues either urgent or minor, we've relayed them to the team and they were able to provide an explanation or solution right away.

Searchanise is a fast, reliable, and cost-effective product that delivers excellent results every time. The platform is easy to integrate, intuitive to use, and consistently improves the search experience for customers. The support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Cons:

Sometimes things may break, although this happens very rarely. Like with any software, occasional glitches or unexpected behavior can occur, but what makes the difference with Searchanise is how quickly and effectively the support team responds. The moment an issue arises, their team steps in immediately, investigates the cause, and provides a solution without delay. They never make the process complicated, and they don’t leave you waiting or guessing. Instead, you feel supported and confident that the problem will be resolved. Overall, any minor hiccups are handled so well that they hardly feel like true “cons.” Sometimes things may break, (rarely), but the support team fixes it ASAP, no questions asked

Wonderful experts with excellent customer support and attitude. My humble request for an automatic custom label was heard and executed in no time accompanied by pleasant communication, professionalism and speed. Using their app for about 5 years, still haven't used it to its full potential - but that's only my fault :)

Cons:

No such thing. We all usually are not happy about paying when the time comes to cover the bills, but you can't expect high quality product for free - that wouldn't be fair.

great search plugin for magento 2 stores
