Sana - THE learning platform everyone should use!

I am a huge fan of Sana and belief, that this tool is really shacking the segment of online training platforms. I love that this tool by design fosters collaboration.

Pros:

1. 1st of all the Sanians are just fantastic to cooperate with. Our customer success manager is just amazing. Fixing any issue in now time and constantly there to support and inspire. 2. All the AI functions making learning content production so easy and efficient. 3. Sana search sooooo powerful and really adds to knowledge sharing within our company. 4. The seamless integration with our HRIS system.

Cons:

A bit more freedom of moving blocks around when creating content would be great.

Reasons for choosing Sana

Can't say as after the initial discovery phase, the decision was pretty clear, its Sana or stay with Absorb. I would say a mix of pricing and the amazing functionalities that Sana offered compared to the other providers.

Reasons for switching to Sana

No AI functionalities, very limited amount of "create" licenses (so it was not colaborative) and no integration with our HRIS system (Personio) was possible so all user enrolment and off boarding needed to be done manually. To many portals for one Learning platform (Learner portal, Admin Portal, Creator Portal, Support Portal and Product tips portal)

A sleek LMS that I'm proud to roll out to customers and colleagues alike

The Sana team has been delightful to work with, from the Sales experience through to Customer Support. At every step along the way, they've demonstrated empathy and flexibility. While there is still some functionality that we would like to see developed, we've been happy with the process for submitting feedback and getting updates.

Pros:

Sana creates a beautiful, engaging, and modern experience for learners. We had some tight deadlines to deliver on, and we found the workflows around building new courses pretty intuitive so it was easy to get up and running quickly! The AI writing assistant is also one of the best I've used to date.

Cons:

Some of the workflows around content management and assignment can be less intuitive (especially in comparison to how seamless it is to create and update courses), and would love to see more options with reporting!

Reasons for choosing Sana

Sana was more budget-friendly for our use case and also had a much more modern UI.

Reasons for switching to Sana

Was looking to consolidate redundant tools and Sana provided a much more seamless, engaging, and intuitive experience for both educators and learners.

Great team, fantastic future proof learning platform

Very good - the team at Sana are outstanding. We are able to have frank conversations with the product team about what works well and what doesn't, and give our thoughts on what they are building.

Pros:

It is an AI first platform that supports a variety of learning methods. Introducing Conversational Learning via the AI to our audiences was a big aim of ours.

Cons:

The lack of data integrations so far. The Insights in the platform are very good but we cannot add Google Analytics and the data available via the API is still quite limited. They are working on this though

The technology is way ahead of the others, and the Sana team have very collaborative way of working which gave us the feeling of being a partner, not a money machine.

We needed to democratise learning content creation, build a modern learning experience, and bring in Conversational and Skills based learning at scale

The power of knowledge sharing and just in time learning!

The platform has enabled us to build various learning programs, across different departments in the org. The platform is easy to use and with the support we got from the Sana team, we enabled subject matter experts with no background in learning design to build and launch learning programs in just a few weeks!

- AI search that enables just in time learning and accessibility to knowledge - Dynamic dashboards - Seamless interactive content creation with AI assistant. - Auto Text to voice feature, which always listeners to listen to all the content. - The platform is constantly evolving with more features that are innovative and geared to deliver a better learning experience.

Cons:

The one I miss the most from other learning platform, is more power over custom system notifications over email and slack.

Pros:

I love their innovative, intiutive and friendly way of working. Their platform is constantly developing and they truly listening to their partners. Every day I am grateful for our collaboration and they are all I am looking in partnership. On top of that our employees really like the touch and feel of Sana or our House of Learning as we call.

Cons:

Today I cannot say anything that I do not like, since they are always responsive to anything we want see in a better way. We are just developing together.

Reasons for switching to Sana

To transform the way we learn and share knowledge. Talentsoft did not help us towards that.

Pros:

Easy to use platform for learners and admin. As a content creator, it's very simple to understand how it works and have access to powerful insights. Sana really allows to create impactful content for internal trainings. Their support team are available anytime to provide some help if necessary.

Cons:

French translation still need some improvements at some points :).
