Our overall experience with Scrut Automation has been very positive. The platform helped streamline our ISO and SOC 2 compliance processes by centralizing control management, policy tracking, and evidence collection. The automated reminders and integrations make it much easier to keep track of compliance tasks and maintain continuous monitoring instead of preparing everything only during audit time. Another major advantage is the guided approach the platform provides during the compliance journey. It helps teams clearly understand what evidence is required and where gaps exist, which accelerates audit readiness. The dashboard visibility and reporting also help leadership track compliance posture easily. Additionally, the Scrut support team ( [sensitive content hidden]) has been very responsive and helpful during implementation and ongoing compliance activities, which made the overall experience smooth.

Cons:

Scrut Automation streamlines the audit process, providing an orderly repository for all control-linked evidence al in one place. It always you map quite a number of standard and regulations there by cutting the actual work in half. Risk Management, vendor management, security awareness training,asset management cloud monitoring etc all in one place. This simplifies the life of the auditor and the auditees literally. The support team is very responsive and deal with issues promptly. The App is easy to use and navigate with appeal UI

Cons:

If automated tests were realtime, it would be the icing on the cake. Other than this this is a fantastic app.

It is pretty intuitive in using the tool. All the employees also use it effortlessly. it has very good work flow of policy definition, policy compliance and tracking facility. a great support from the Customer success team in guiding how the proofs are uploaded, how to interpret the compliance .

Cons:

Linux users had issues in installation of the end user client. Customer support team helped in resolving, but they keep coming in different forms.

Pros:

The structured process followed to manage the various certifications and compliance requirements was truly top-class. We initially had some apprehension about the complexity involved in completing all the tasks, but the constant support, clear guidance, and on-call accessibility made the entire journey seamless. We did not miss a single milestone, and all deliverables were completed on time. The support ticketing system was also very prompt and efficient. Each risk related to our business was addressed with great clarity and ease. Overall, it was absolutely worth investing in these certifications, and choosing Scrut was the right decision.

Cons:

Not too many things to dislike but I did expect a must faster turn around in getting things started once the agreements were signed.

A strong reference and clear explanation of how Scrut would approach the process gave us confidence to proceed, especially given our tight 4-week timeline. Credit goes to the sales team for setting the right expectations - and we certainly do not regret the decision.

Here's a few. The templates are really useful; they enable us to get compliance really quickly. The regular check in help. The process is very straightforward with them.

Cons:

Honestly they're doing a certification product. Certification's never easy and there's a lot of work involved. It's not a problem with the solution; it's just the joys of being a compliant company

Supportive people and tool for all compliance needs

Happy so far with Scrut. It has become our only platform for all our compliance needs. Our SPOCs are very approachable and will handhold you throughtout the process.

We have had a good experience with Scrut Automation so far. It has helped us streamline our compliance process and manage risks. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It reduces manual effort and keeps all required documents and tasks organized. The support team and our Customer Success Manager are responsive and supportive. Overall, it's a great platform

It saves a lot of time by automatically collecting the documents The dashboard clearly shows what is pending and what is completed, so tracking progress is simple. heir support team and Customer Success Manager are very helpful and quick to respond.Overall, it gives good value for the price and reduces a lot of manual work.

Cons:

No major concerns so far. Our experience has been smooth overall. It would be helpful if Scrut could improve the Azure integration by including support for app registration.
