Our overall experience with Scrut Automation has been very positive. We used the platform to achieve SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO certifications. The platform is easy to use, offers good automation for evidence collection and risk management and helped us stay audit ready with much less manual effort. We (Kanlet) used Scrut Automation to get SOC 2, GDPR and ISO certifications. Platform helped us streamline compliance, reduce manual efforts and submit evidences with ease. The platform is: - Good value for money - Easy to use with manageable learning curve - Helpful features for understanding controls, submit evidences and ongoing compliance - Helps streamline risk management processes throughout the year

Cons:

Initial setup and understanding took some time and getting used to it. But post the initial learning curve, it was overall good.

What I like most about Scrut Automation now is its strong focus on simplifying compliance through automation while maintaining clarity and transparency.

Cons:

Nothing from end . POC and Finance team should be available for calls for any queries. For any querries will not get immediate respose. Compare last Year Nikhil was doing good.

Great experience. The product team is always improving on their last best work. Feature optimisation and new releases are done often. We have use this app for 3years now and the improvements have been massive and following the era appropriately

Scrut Automation streamlines the audit process, providing an orderly repository for all control-linked evidence al in one place. It always you map quite a number of standard and regulations there by cutting the actual work in half. Risk Management, vendor management, security awareness training,asset management cloud monitoring etc all in one place. This simplifies the life of the auditor and the auditees literally. The support team is very responsive and deal with issues promptly. The App is easy to use and navigate with appeal UI

Cons:

If automated tests were realtime, it would be the icing on the cake. Other than this this is a fantastic app.

The platform was easy to navigate, and support from the team was prompt. Support for the cloud module solved a lot of manual work.

Cons:

Some more automation on evidence task completion can streamline work a lot more. An AI feature to autofill customers' vendor assessment questions based on our controls on the scrut platform could be helpful

Pros:

The portal is seamless and helps me understand what all evidences to capture. If the same evidence is required for 3 to 4 other compliance certifications then it automatically adds that to it. I dont need to reupload the evidences

Cons:

The integration with our existing system, I need to manually add evidences that I am collecting.

Scrut's dashboard makes it very easy to track the compliance journey & take actions. Their support is also proactive.

Cons:

Their communication/email notifications should be more robust. I expect email notifications whenever an audit is started or completed or if there are any findings.

The Scurt has very simple navigation around the different frameworks, which helps to maintain overall compliance.

Pros:

Great support from [sensitive content hidden] and the Scrut team. The platform has nearly everything you need available out of the box.

Cons:

All good in general, but one improvement can be if somehow you can automate the fixes of cloud tests as well -- like the "Login with AWS" and apply the fixes. Not sure if this is possible, but yes overall all things are Great.
