Pros:

Ease of Use, Great customer service, And when i Say great, i have not had any support like i did with them. They were there whenever needed, Also the price point is great.

Cons:

I cant say there is a thing i least liked about EDI generator

Reasons for choosing EDI Generator

The customer support was a big plus, other's wanted to charge us for the support, or enforced a fee for setup, EDI generator support helped us without ever any charges.
