Benchmarcx isn’t just a tool—it’s the reason we’ve won numerous awards for Candidate Experience. The platform helped us to: Deliver award-winning CX through transparent, timely communication at every step, from application to onboarding. Elevate hiring managers, the data we collected about our interview process was invaluable to us in being able to shift our hiring managers attitude to interviewing and the role they play in candidate experience. If you care about CX that wins (literally), Benchmarcx is a no-brainer, simple to set up, implement and use.

Benchmarcx transformed how we deliver candidate-centric experiences. Its analytics helped us track candidate satisfaction in real time. This tool was critical in enabling us to win the ITAS - Best Candidate Experience Award 2024, proving that seamless, respectful candidate journeys aren’t just possible, but measurable.

Cons:

While candidate feedback is invaluable, survey completion rates can vary depending on the role (e.g., passive candidates vs. active applicants). For candidates who progress through multiple stages, completing 3-4 surveys could feel repetitive.

It is an easy and uncomplicated interface. Ease of use. The platform is always evolving and Steve is very open to feedback and also super responsive, if there is an issue.

Cons:

The inability to download comments, though I understand this is coming.
