Implementing Leaptree Optimize in our organization was a pleasant surprise when recommended by our internal team working on our Salesforce platform. We purchased LeapTree when we were starting our Quality Management program. From the onset it was easy to set-up especially with the help of the dedicated onboarding manager. Since it's native to Salesforce, the scorecards are intuitive to setup and the dashboards integrate with existing Salesforce fields/data.
