Solid Tool for Managing Your Online Reputation

My overall experience with using ReviewKite has been very positive. I think we made the right decision by switching over. We're saving a ton of money and it has all of the features that we need.

Pros:

I like that the platform is very data-driven and gives you both a high level overview of your online reputation and also a focused view of the campaign statistics. The review monitoring also saves me a lot of time, and the shareable dashboard is also nice to have.

Cons:

Right now there's no zapier integration which would be nice to have, but we've gotten by fine without it. When I asked support about that, they said it's on the roadmap and it's not too important for my organization at the moment anyway. Other than that I have no complaints.

Reasons for switching to ReviewKite

We switched from grade.us because of the big difference in pricing. ReviewKite had most of the features we needed so it made sense for us given the cost difference.

Great review campaign platform

Overall, my experience has been excellent. The platform simplifies the review monitoring process and consistently generates 10-20 real 5-star reviews per month for us across our connected sites.

Pros:

I like that ReviewKite takes care of monitoring all of my connected review sites, so I don't need to be checking each individual platform. The setup process was incredibly smooth, and the support has been remarkably fast whenever I've encountered an issue.

Cons:

I really don't have many complaints about the platform. The email editor and personalization snippet support is great, but it would have been nice to have some out-of-the-box templates when I was getting started.

Cost Effective Option for Reputation Management

ReviewKite has been great so far. It was very easy to get up and running, and it's very cost effective compared to some of the other sites we considered.

Pros:

What I like most about ReviewKite are the reporting features because this is lacking with other solutions I've tried. The dashboard gives a very good overview of my campaign analytics and the sharable dashboard is nice to have too, especially since it works on mobile.

Cons:

I wish the platform was more usable on mobile, just so I could monitor it a little bit better from my phone. But I mostly use it on desktop anyway so it's not a huge deal. The sharable dashboard works on mobile just fine, so that's good enough.
