OXARI CMDB is a configuration management database solution that serves as a central repository for IT infrastructure components. The system maintains detailed information about configuration items including hardware resources, software applications and employee roles while establishing relationships between these elements to model service structures.

OXARI CMDB supports automated data discovery through network scanners, system agents, directory services and external integrations, enabling tracking of IT assets and their configurations.

The tool allows creation of custom CI types with attributes, presents relationships between configuration elements in both flat and graphical structures and integrates with ServiceDesk module. The database helps track changes in IT infrastructure, analyze impact of incidents on critical services and manage organizational resources.

    The overall experience has been very positive. The CMDB provides a clear view of all configuration items and their relationships. The interface is intuitive, and once everything is configured, maintaining the CMDB is simple. I appreciate the integration of ServiceDesk and Asset Management into a single system because it improves efficiency and accuracy.
