About SDS-FullService

SDS-FullService is a comprehensive set of tools and services designed to provide answers to regulatory needs and day-to-day operations for the management of chemical substances and their mixtures. It automates the management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) by digitalizing the entire lifecycle of SDS received from suppliers. It includes a service that automatically extracts data from SDS PDFs and centralizes them in a single searchable repository.

EHS teams can access a centralized archive to find information on substances and mixtures. A tailored approval workflow, configured during implementation, guides people and required actions. Work is supported by version comparison, a complete history, supplier collaboration, and an audit trail. SDS-FullService provides MRSL and regulatory watchlists, automatically cross-checking substances within mixtures against public lists (REACH/CLP, POPs, California Prop 65, etc.) and any private lists defined by the company, simplifying the identification of hazardous substances. Alerts and periodic reports highlight new items and changes related to new products or regulatory updates. The platform also includes chemical classification (ranking) tools, r...

eporting, and internal distribution features. The integrated SDS-Viewer streamlines access to and consultation of approved, in-use SDS for all personnel. It is browser-accessible, compatible with desktop and mobile devices, and available in kiosk mode, so SDS are always available from smartphones and tablets. For manufacturers and distributors who need to send SDS to customers, the optional SDS-Delivery add-on enables the automatic and timely delivery of Safety Data Sheets, with reminders and proof of receipt, supporting compliance with EU REACH obligations for SDS supply (Art. 31) and record-keeping (Art. 36). SDS-FullService provides cloud access, a multilingual interface, SSO (Single Sign-On), and integrations via REST APIs/Web Services with company systems, enabling bidirectional queries and updates. SDS-FullService helps ensure compliance.

    SDS-FullService - gestione delle SDS a 360°

    Chi lavora nel mondo regolatorio e/o HSE in generale, sa bene quanto le SDS siano documenti importanti ai fini di legge e di utilizzo operativo dei prodotti chimici. Pertanto, si rivela fondamentale avere un buon sistema per gestire le SDS a 360°: dall'iter autorizzativo, alla valutazione e uso dei documenti. Nella mia esperienza ho provato diverse soluzioni e SDS-FullService mi ha colpito da subito poiché la gestione delle SDS e delle informazioni contenute è davvero l'obiettivo principale del software, e non un pacchetto secondario (con input manuale) di piattaforme HSE più complesse. Il software è di facile utilizzo e permette di avere sempre sotto controllo i prodotti in uso in stabilimento, nonché di reperire subito documenti e valutazioni eseguite. La mia esperienza è positiva e apprezzo che Every venga incontro ai clienti nell'implementare nuove funzionalità.

    - La possibilità di creare un iter approvativo, report e altri documenti semplificati per l'uso in stabilimento; - La digitalizzazione in automatico e in modo accurato dei dati delle sezioni principali; - La possibilità di gestire i documenti in tutte le lingue europee; - il cross check dei singoli costituenti dei prodotti chimici in uso rispetto alle liste regolatorie (tenute aggiornate dalla software house) o personalizzate; - disponibilità a lavorare a nuovi progetti su idea del cliente.

    Non ho note negative. Proprio a volerne trovare una, l'interfaccia grafica potrebbe essere resa un po' più "accattivante", ma il software fa quel che promette.

Il mio accesso è finalizzato alla sola verifica di conformità delle Schede Dati di Sicurezza e all'inserimento dei metadati per poter produrre documenti aziendali (procedure e valutazioni).     SDS-FullService is a functional, intuitive tool, easy to use, perfect for our job and our customers in order to manage documents automated (previously we had to do everything manually taking a lot of time). This tool helped us organize the various offices involved.
    Cons:
    No user manual available after training, we created it ourself during the use of the SDS-FullService in order to fix the steps and have it to support the training of new colleagues.
