Using AI for Risk Management

I am a fairly new user so certainly can't say I have expert knowledge of the tool. However, the use of AI (LLMs) for intelligent risk mapping, gap analysis and summarization for audits is very impressive and makes it stand out from other tools,

Pros:

Two main characteristics: One, the tool is designed to avoid complexity overload by progressive disclosure. The user only sees what is relevant for their role. One can start with a simple risk register and proceed to deeper workflows when needed. And second, the risk workflows are based on the business operation rather than on compliance. The result is a set of risks and remediations that make sense to the business people.

Cons:

I have used GRC tools and frameworks primarily for management of large Programs which included multiple concurrent inter-related projects). The RiskRegister.ai tool's ability to offer a continuous risk environment is very powerful but requires the user to have deep understanding of their business environment and how some areas can affect others. For large and complex environments this tool needs to be used carefully to avoid surprises.

Nice experience, very intuitive.

The application looks nice and helps to manage risks in an easy way. Also nice to have all controls bundled on a page, and after a simple click, all kinds of options to keep track of them.

It has a nice intuitive UI and AI helps you to enrich your risks in a good way. It's also very nice to have different roles in the application.

Cons:

The 'Create Risk' button is missing on the start screen. It would also be nice to have more workflow options.
