About CREST ERP

CREST ERP by Xmplar is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution catering to organizations in the manufacturing and trading industry to manage their business operations. The solution can be deployed either on-premise or in the cloud. CREST ERP offers modules for procurement, inventory manufacturing, sales, finance, project management and human capital management.

The solution lets managers automate the purchase approval process on the basis of supplier relationships and performance. Real-time inventory tracking allows managers to track the movement of technical and non-technical assets. The solution enables real-time tracking of financial accounts and stock balance updates for work in progress accounts.

CREST ERP allows businesses to view project status, plan resources and forecast budgets. Custom reports can be generated for orders, shipments and invoices. The solution also offers an employee leave management feature that enables tracking of leave applications and approvals.

Completely satisfied with Crest's features and performance without any bugs. Even a 1,000+ business would find no reason to look for alternatives. The best way for a new or running business to adopt best practices and achieve process standardization. Undoubtedly excellent value for money

Pros:

It has got the right set of features for SME, that wouldn't scare the average user. Contextual menus guide users to the next steps without confusing them. Workflow automation is very good, allowing supervisory controls, without hindering executives from carrying on. RFP process for procurement is designed very well and can be of excellent value to most organizations. The various transaction lists with click-through links to the next action are really time-savers and brilliant from process compliance angle

Cons:

For the requirements at hand, there were no shortcomings worth mentioning.

A great ERP to go with!

It was a great journey so far and almost all the users are happy using both ERP and SFA Mobile App. There are certain features which are yet to be developed and I am sure that the development team at Xmplar would surely deliver it to their customers.

Pros:

The product has got wide range of features which support the organisation for the scale up. It has the ability to withstand the high load which may come in future because of vast functionalities which are already built in into the system. Moreover, the development team is robust enough to get all the requirements or customisations developed as per the organisation's requirement which makes us the best choice in choosing this product

Cons:

Certain processes are lengthly and feel that can be avoided or enabled only when there is a requirement for multi level processes. Where there is no requirement, users should have an option to switch on/off certain features

The earlier ERP system did not have full stack functionalities and slightly lacked robustness and was filled with certain bugs. We were looking for an ERP which would overcome these challenges and deliver output so that company can scale us based on the robust ERP system in place.

I could see, the versions are automatically updated. Features are as per the market standards as per the current scenario.
