Rapport is a cloud-based loan origination solution that allows financial institutions to expediate the origination process and improve workflow efficiency through automation. From credit decisioning to documentation, Rapport can automate deal flows, reduce financial risks, accelerate applications and enhance customer experience with full data transparency and auditability. Key features include risk-based quoting and decisioning, advanced analytics, dashboard and workflow configuration, customizable partner portals and document management.

With Rapport, businesses can create multiple deal workflows to improve the origination process and speed transactions. Businesses are able to utilize these workflows and quickly provide quotes using complex pricing rules created by Rapport’s customizable pricing engine. Rapport also provides integration with credit bureaus and risk-based predictive analytics for consistent and safe decisions.

Pros:

It was relatively easy to set up, I liked that it integrated with my PMS

Cons:

Very old school, hard to navigate. When I did have issues they blamed the PMS company and would pass it off

Rapport

It was touted as a superior product and a "must have" with the hospital software we upgraded to. However, the hospital software does many things Rapport does but better. Plus it was supposed to be an upgraded product from the previous version (Vetstreet). I would argue that it is not.

Cons:

It has a very outdated feel to it. I haven't noticed any updates or improvements in the 2 years of using.

Received a good sales pitch and also was told it would have additional capabilities in the future which have not been recognized to date.
