I love Tenant Cloud!

It makes us look more professional. We are automatically invoicing the tenants each month. They can pay online. They can send in maintenance requests via the software. I can add utility bills or early termination fees. It automatically adds the late fees for the tenants. Customer service responds quickly and clears up anything needed.

Pros:

It is so easy to keep your tenant's information all together- the lease, the payment history, all other documents. I can take care of payments and things from the app on my phone.

Cons:

It works pretty well for us. It would be nice to combine all the rentals on to this platform, but I am unsure if all income would report to the proper tax ID.

Reasons for choosing TenantCloud

I liked the feel of the software. I set us up with a trial on a new building to see if I liked it @$15 a month. The new building had 21 units and I tried to give it a 3 month trial.

Reasons for switching to TenantCloud

We used apartments.com for some of the free rent payments. I was looking for more than just payments.

Good experience. Cost is on the low side. The app makes it easier to keep track of payments and renewals and any issues a tenant may have.

Pros:

Simple and easy dashboard to manage properties. I like being able to see exactly when a tenant posted the ACH for rent. It removes the interactions of things getting lost in the mail.

Cons:

For what I use it for, no issues. I don't use some of the more advanced features, but that's just because they aren't applicable to my situation

TenantCloud makes everything easier

Overall, I've had a great experience with TenantCloud! I was looking for a software that would make being a landlord simple, and TenantCloud checked that box.

Pros:

I love how easy TenantCloud is to use for me and my tenants. I am a new landlord and TenantCloud made it simple to figure out alongside my tenants. I only have to make adjustments as needed, but besides that I leave it alone and it runs the operations for me. The customer support is also great and responsive.

Cons:

Some adjustments, like editing rental or contract details take a lot of steps to find, when it seems like it should be a quick and easy adjustment when needed. I also wish it was easier for my tenants to pay ahead of time if they'd like.

Has been a tremendous help in automation

Very happy with this software it was also the first that I’ve used. Not looking to migrate elsewhere as I’ve become quite comfortable with navigation.

Some of features have been super convenient for tracking specific properties numbers. ACH payments have also been fantastic and has automated things for me a ton.

Cons:

Sometimes editing box values don’t set back to zero. Other than that I think the software is thought out pretty well.

It is easy to use, and the UI /UX makes it really simple. It also has all the features that you need as a landlord.

Nothing, i have not found anything that I did not like about TenantCloud. IF i had to say something, it would be to have better alerts
