It's been great. The amount of customer satisfaction calls was a bit extreme, but I do like how responsive they are when occasional hiccups happen.

Pros:
Ease of use. Thoroughly thought out roadmap for recruiters. Secure - constant updates and accessible customer service. Enjoy the look and feel of the tool. Has made my life easier. Cannot find anything to complain about.
Cons:
I don't have anything to point out. It's been a really great tool for us. I highly recommend using Recruit CRM!

Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

We needed something to house our own recruiting business needs. Something that was independent from LinkedIn.

A Powerful, Flexible, and User-Friendly ATS

I really enjoy using Recruit CRM: it’s efficient, intuitive, and genuinely supports my daily workflow.

Pros:
An excellent system that delivers value from every angle. You can easily customize all fields and features for managing candidates and positions based on your needs -the level of customization is truly outstanding. The platform is very intuitive, and whenever questions come up, the support team is extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. One of the standout advantages is the analytics module: you can build almost any report you need in a simple and efficient way. Bottom line: the system saves time and money, is very easy to use, and is priced fairly. Highly recommended for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.
Cons:
The permissions setup is only available in the higher-tier subscription plan. I also wish there were an annual plan that doesn’t require increasing the credit card limit - meaning a yearly subscription paid in monthly installments. This would make it easier for us to upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan. *The system doesn’t support switching text direction from right to left when writing in Hebrew.

Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

RecruitCRM is more user-friendly, visually pleasant system, at a more reasonable price for us

Pros:

Cons:
Many useless features I left it quite late (till the last day of the subscription) to tell them to not renew and asked how I can take the data out. It was one day late and in order to get my data, I had to extend one membership for a month. Not great service, talking about 150 USD, but I defo won't come back.

A Reliable, User-Friendly CRM with Strong Support

5

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Recruit CRM has become a daily tool for us, and it’s had a real impact on how we manage jobs, candidates, and clients. Even though there are some added costs for tailoring it to our exact needs, the benefits far outweigh the downsides. It’s been a great fit for our team and has helped simplify our process.

Pros:
We’ve really enjoyed using Recruit CRM at RadiologyJobs.com and rely on it every day. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to navigate. The overall functionality has been a real blessing for keeping our workflow organized, and their service and support have been excellent whenever we’ve needed help.
Cons:
The platform can feel a bit limited without significant customization, and some of those customizations (like building out KPI tracking and custom fields) require additional costs. While not a dealbreaker, it does mean you need to invest more if you want to go beyond the core features.

Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

We switched from Taleo because it was too limited for our needs. It lacked modern features and flexibility, and couldn’t keep up with the way we manage recruiting today. Recruit CRM offered a much more user-friendly interface, stronger functionality, and the ability to customize our workflows so we could actually scale and improve efficiency.

Pros:
It is very thought-through, feels very intuitive. The support team is very responsive, with any difficulties are handled promptly. New features and improvements are introduced regularly. Easy to navigate candidate search system.
Cons:
The AI and data enrichment elements can be improved upon. Data Enrichment does not always provide accurate data. AI sourcing, while great, can also have inaccuracies (like in all AI instances currently).

Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

It felt more natural, easier to use. It has features that competitors at the time did not have.

Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

We needed a more modern, more reliable solution

The best experience

5

We moved a very large database from an antiquated ATS and the migration process was detailed and handled with non-stop, dedicated, and priority support. And Recruit CRM's support has continued beyond the primary move. I will also highly commend Recruit on being so attentive and open to our requests in support and development that their lead developers have been present on calls with our team. In my 20+ years working with software services, this is a first. Very impressed. We hope to be with Recruit CRM for decades to come.

Pros:
Recruit CRM is a superbly thought out system with endless room to grow. Its record management system is slick and intuitive. The API is so very well thought out and easy to work with. It's been a true joy to develop our external application integrations with Recruit CRM.
Cons:
Their credit system is a bit frustrating at times. I'd prefer some optional service tiers to include the most important internal tools rather than making everything reliant on credit purchases. At times, it feels like anything you want to do "just takes a few more credits".

Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

Loxo seemed heavily focused on their candidate sourcing database than their toolset. Our recruiters better understood and were more comfortable using the Recruit CRM UI.

Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

CATS was purchased by TopEchelon and then completely expired. We also did not see any future development intentions for the platform and it had fell drastically behind more current platforms.

Pros:
Great functionality at a really reasonable price. Also, there is a monthly rolling contract option which is refreshing when everyone else seems to want 12 months commitment. Since I've been with RecruitCRM, the development is huge and the new features just keep coming, they clearly have a drive for continuous improvement and it's needed in this era of AI. The customer support is also brilliant, queries are answered very efficiently and my account manager is always happy to jump on a call when needed. It's fast becoming a one stop shop reducing the need for a huge tech stack, now including multichannnel outreach, linkedin messaging integrations, phone calling, data enrichment etc.
Cons:
Honestly the only thing I would improve is the way in which you track opportunities under the "Deals" section. Firstly i don't usually call something a deal until it's closed, so the name is confusing to me. Also in this section you cannot separate contract vs permanent deals. I report on these differently. Due to these things, i haven't used this area much and still use a spreadsheet for tracking opportunities.

Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

I felt like Loxo was comparatively very expensive, and whilst they claimed to have many tools, I wasn't getting any use from them.
