ClarityNow Review

We are using ClarityNow effectively in our one-on-ones with our agents. They are able to enter their lead generation numbers daily and then we can see their conversion rates. The pipeline is also a huge benefit. It is very helpful to have all of our information (transactions, pipeline, conversion rates, goals, expenses) in one location. [sensitive content hidden] is always amazing, repsonds promptly, explains everthing clearly, and is so patient with me. :)

Pros:

The most impactful features are the reporting/statistics. It's also so simple to track our daily lead generation so that we are able to see our conversion rates. Once they are able to integrate Quickbooks, we will be beyond satisfied! We almost got rid of ClarityNow, however when we met with [sensitive content hidden], she was able to answer all of our questions and help us to utilize the program in a much more effective way. She's a rockstar!!

Cons:

Only thing missing for us is the Quickbooks integration, but they are working on that. I would say at the beginning the economic model was a bit confusing and it didn't seem to generate the numbers the way it should. Over time, I have gotten more familiar with the process and have no issues at all.

We are able to have much more sharp and direct coaching calls with our team knowing that we all know the numbers collectively. This system is very user friendly.

This product has been very easy to use and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the overall performance. Stepping into this new system with some bits of trepidation we had our reservations eliminated almost instantly with the assistance we received.

Cons:

Some of the features that are on the horizon that aren't quite hear yet has us anxiously waiting!

ClarityNOW is a great software that is simple to navigate and very user-friendly. There is a good combination of simplicity and complex customization available. The customer service and software development team

Cons:

It is still a relatively new program and has some minor bugs that are still being worked through. We are looking forward to the Quickbooks integration for income/expense tracking.

Pros:

Love that most everything our team does can now be tracked in one place AND love the customer service. I had a few ideas and thoughts on extra things that could be implemented and the team looked into it immediately for me.

Cons:

Only con is that I cannot add additional income (vendors provide $$ for events and such), BUT the team is looking into adding this feature.
