Great Website and Customer Service

This website gives me the opportunity to request reviews and share patient experience that I probably wouldn't have otherwise.

Pros:

I like how easy it is for me and my office to use this software.

Cons:

I would like to be able to send a request to someone who hasn't yet filled one out even though it was requested previously without action. I understand why it doesn't allow but I was handed a business card where we have a QR code, this helps to hand to people to fill it out easily.

I like a more personal experience where I can contact a person if I have a question as opposed to a large corporate company.
