The Xperia software is stable and efficient, easy to use, and handles well the day to day operations of our business. The support provided by their team is exceptional - attentive and always available to assist. Some programs are inconsistent across modules. For example, function key purposes change between modules / programs. Function key to update a program is F9 for some programs but F10 in other programs. Overall, our companies have had a very successful relationship.
