About Foxy

Foxy is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses design, launch and manage eCommerce stores. The platform comes with customizable product categories, which allows users to sell various types of products such as digital, physical, subscription-based and more.

Foxy offers white-label capabilities, which lets organizations create personalized shopping carts using custom logo, colors, fields and templates. It offers a host of features such as custom SSL, shipping management, role-based permissions, purchase orders, content management unified order entry and more. Foxy offers multiple payment modes, which allows users to accept payments via cash, card, Bitcoin or Amazon Pay. Additionally, administrators can create discount coupons and define applicable categories or usage rules.

Foxy supports integration with various third-party applications such as 3PL Central, Campaign Monitor, CartStack, Convergence, Endicia, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, Weebly and more. It is available on monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.

Flexibility, plays very well with others

The Custom Checkout for one client's Seasonal product requires that the customer have contingencies in place in case they can't pick up the order on a certain time. The Custom Checkout eliminates the stress of back and forth communication between the customer and seller who often is out of cellular range.

Pros:

Coupons, Discounts, Custom Checkout: these 3 are customized by Category. One client has a season product that requires Customer Pickup Only and quite often customers buy a product that ships. Same order but different fulfillment. Foxy makes this easy to accomplish. Discounts by Category is fabulous. You can have a sle on certain Categories just like you'd expect.

Cons:

Foxy is foxy, and their support staff are top-notch. I'm not a logic person, so I greatly appreciate Foxy Support to give my clients what their website needs.

Reasons for switching to Foxy

I refuse to name the Cart provider because it was so long ago that perhaps they found a way to simplify. It was my extreme frustration that somehow led me to connecting with one of the founders of Foxy, [sensitive content hidden]. Thank goodness things worked out the way they did!
