Lightspeed Restaurant vs Toast POS: Which is best for you?

The process of building menu's from individual items once you get used to it is much better than our previous system.

The user side for POS is fine, but the back office and management is not great; it is difficult and without room to customize it.

The aspects I enjoy about Toast POS is the security, card payment options, mobile access, and restaurant management options.

The toast system also blocks many QR code/mobile order payments for no apparent reason, which Toast states is a bug they’re working on, but of course, I never received answers for questions I posed on this matter.
