About Omni Retailer

Omni Retailer is a cloud-based retail solution that helps retailers of all sizes to manage their business operations via mobile devices such as smartphones, tablet computers and more.

Omni Retailer has modules for inventory management, point of sale (POS), deals and offers, loyalty programs and other retail operations. It enables users to scan barcodes with their mobile devices and send bills and receipts via SMS or email to their customers. The solution also helps users to accept payments via multiple methods.

Additionally, Omni Retailer automatically tracks loyalty information, so customers don’t have to keep track of physical loyalty cards. It also supports integration with SAP and other third-party enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices are available that allow users to remotely access the solution.

Services are offered on a per-user basis that includes support via phone and email.

The best Retail Cloud

It has been very good. Very stable and they introduce new enhancements from time-to-time. This is the only platform that supports Virtual Shopping. Customers can visit outlet of their choice and have virtual Trials.

The implementation is very much robotozed and easy to use. It hardly takes time to implement and GO LIVE. The Retail Cloud, Omni Retailer, is very comprehensive and gives option to have mix & match of services. Very strong R & D and passionate team.

Cons:

We expected more help material. But noticed that over a period of time, they added lot of help content.

Reasons for choosing Omni Retailer

Simple fact that this is the only Cloud that support both Online and Offline. We are able to run our POS along with Offers in Offline mode. We also reviewed other functionalities keeping future requirements in mind. TechnoLabs Retail Cloud (www.retailclouds.com) is the best option.

Reasons for switching to Omni Retailer

We wanted to have software that support GST and want to switch over with in weeks. We noticted that TechnoLabs Retail Cloud, Omni Retailer is the best bet.
