    Very easy to used interface, and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and her team and really great, very reactive.
    Cons:
    Nothing. Everything is perfect, so I really don't have anything bad to say.

    C'est très compliqué d'obtenir des témoignages vidéos de la part des clients. D'abord,, il faut leur demander de se filmer. Charlie rend tout le process plus accessible. Les clients peuvent faire le témoignage depuis leur ordinateur ou téléphone, ils n'ont qu'à répondre aux questions posées et c'est tout. C'est simple de leur côté. De mon côté, c'est simple aussi car je n'ai aucun montage vidéo à faire. Avant Charlie, je n'avais ni le temps, ni l'envie d'avoir des témoignages vidéos et maintenant, je parviens à en récupérer régulièrement.
    Cons:
    Etant donné que la solution est récente, il y a quelques points à améliorer sur la plateforme. Par exemple, Charlie ne sauvegardait pas mes questions que je posais à mes clients. Dès que j'envoyais un nouveau témoignage, je devais faire l'effort de retrouver mes questions. Cela reste des petits détails comme ça, mais c'est corrigé petit à petit.
