Superb software

A great founding team helping to ensure that we're in touch with those that don't buy from us, the reason for it and what we can do to improve. Additionally, collating our reviews across the internet and summarising for potential Customers.

Cons:

There's nothing that we don't like about the product and capability. I'm watching as the capability grows to see how else we can benefit.

Pros:

The Peaccce platform allowed us to get our insurance broker clients up and selling policies online quickly, they have a broad range of APIs so building out custom integrations is also possible meaning our clients can innovate with their product offering

Cons:

They are very accommodating with new functionality, but they have a development roadmap so sometimes features haven't become available as quickly as we might have liked (show me a software platform where this isn't the case!), but they are scaling up and adding more resource so I think this will be much less of an issue in the future
