About ClientPoint

ClientPoint is a cloud-based document and proposal generation solution that allows users to create, send, manage and track documents, proposals, contracts, brochures and more. It’s suitable for sales, business, marketing and client success teams in almost all industries. Key features include document and proposal creation, tracking and analytics tools, CRM, ERP, BI integration, emailing, secure business relationship workspaces (including messaging, video chat, scheduling appointments, sharing content, e-signature service), payment integration and customized branding.

ClientPoint enables users to create custom documents and proposals with the help of proposal templates, brochures and price quotes from a centralized library. Users can attach various content types including text files, videos, brochures and pricing quotes and share them with clients. Users can check the status of all proposals, including sent, unsent, viewed and downloaded, from the dashboard. Real-time analytics provide information on total engagement status, activity logs and viewed and shared items. The e-signature feature allows proposals to be completely processed online from start to close.

Pros:
Client Point..formerly Paperless Proposal has introduced a CRM add on to the proposal program. This makes it easy to add proposals directly from the CRM with out retyping everything. It also shows the calls, leads, and pipeline data as well as the deals closed. Very neat and easy to use.
Cons:
I would like the cover page prompt to be the first item to fill out when doing the proposal because sometimes we forget to do it and the proposal goes out with out a cover page.

Really speeds up the proposal generating process and gives clients a central directory for documentation
Cons:
Takes a collaborative effort on implementation, but once your templates are up and running, it’s a fast and easy process to create more proposals.

notifications after client has opened the proposal, great cover pages with photos and details, the ability to print the exact proposal that's being emailed to the customer, the ability to delay the sending of the proposal, and the data telling us how much time the customer spent on each page of the propsoal
Cons:
can be a little slow in uploading, but not often. would like the proposal review to be more of an overall shot, like a map and maybe some animation effects for the proposal.

I love the fact that ClietPoint reduces the time it takes to produce an impactful business proposal. Before ClientPoint me and my team were allocating four to six hours to produce a sales proposal and now we leverage the software to produce proposals in barely ten minutes!
Cons:
As a result of ClientPoint being so impactful and enabling, the stakeholders more times than not are reaching out to the sales team about ClientPoint. It is so amazing that it actually shifts their focus away from our teams' initiative of selling and produces curiosity as to what proposal system we are using.

I love sending a link to my prospect and that they can navigate by section headings for their ease of use.
Cons:
I am giving the benefit of the doubt, but my proposals look bad. The pagination and graphics get thrown out of alignment and I can't seem to override or correct in local edit.
