ClusterSeven

I have been a user \ client of ClusterSeven for over 13 years and my organisation has used the tools for 16 years. We rarely have issues with the applications we use and if there are problems they are thoroughly investigated and fixed. New versions are easy to install and work upon installation I would recommend ClusterSeven tools wholeheartedly

Pros:

Support services are excellent It does EXACTLY what we need We are involved in future development by being able to give suggestions for new features It isn't overly expensive for what it does It is easy to upgrade

Cons:

Perhaps in-app help could be better if errors occur so that you don't have to contact support. That said, the support is second to none ADM could be improved

ClusterSeven - user and admin

The support team is amazing. They always take feedback and suggestions on board and take the time to discuss the issue/solution with the user before taking to the development team. System issues are very far and few. To date there hasn't been a scenario that could not be resolved directly or via an alternate route.

Pros:

Fairly simple and easy to use interface on both admin and user view. With some coding knowledge you can set up detailed checks very easily. Functions I valued the most were version control with an audit trail and option to restore previous versions accessible to the user.

Cons:

The system could do with an in-app help when errors occur, this will reduce the need to solely rely on service support team. Perhaps an AI version to analyse the file and suggest controls etc. Reporting can be enhanced, limitations of exporting in some cases.
