Great Calendar

Same. which is good. It is easy to share the link with clients and on my website. I really like all the new options for small business owners.

Pros:

I really like the options, although I don't use them all. I do refer several clients to Goldie as it is a great calendar, but I very much dislike the name and color.

Cons:

The Color! Yellow breaths anxiety, which is not a good color. I also hate the name, it is not as professional as it could be. Goldie sounds like a strippers name!

Fantastic and highly recommended

All in all I think they are great. My work life is easier now as it helps me loads in multiple different areas of the business. Showing me the statics of my salon too.

Pros:

Goldie is the first ever system I have used to run my business and it’s made my life so much easier. Clients can now book there own appointments so no back and forth messages. It helps me with marketing and reminder messages to which is important for me. The interface for both me and the client is so easy. The fact it allows me to use klarna is a big thumbs up for my clients as it spends the costs for the client but I receive all the money. Now they have added the new schedule next appointment button at the checkout that’s so much easier to.

Cons:

I don’t like the amount of time it takes for pay outs at the start. It is a long time to get a pay out especially when you need to order hair.

Reasons for choosing Goldie

There was various reasons split over the lot of them. This one came highly recommended to me by someone I know who uses it was the most important because I couldn’t find you online. But also the klarna aspect, being able to link with social media, client information, fast payout payment, the charges for using your system to process payments.

I love how i can customize the appointment reminders and how there is easy payment options

Cons:

There is no live person to speak to when there are questions or concerns. Its all through email.

Great Small Business Platform

Overall I really like the platform. I would, and have, recommend for any small business. The free service is perfect for those with low volume, and the paid services are reasonable as business grows.

I like the ability of being able to control the schedule and customers being able to schedule appointments.

Cons:

The advanced packages are pricey for the volume of appointments our business has. I would like to see Pro Limited for businesses with limited volume that would like to have the advantages of Pro like automatic messages and card payments.

Goldie gets 10/10 from me!

10/10 I really love it! I think it’s so affordable and worth the pennies for what you get I wish it was shared more, compared to other systems it gives you the professional look of your own website that you can uniquely customise, all of my clients have give amazing feedback even those older ladies who aren’t on socials and devices the same as the younger demographic!

I love how clear things are from a provider and customer standpoint. This was a really big worry of mine as I’m dyslexic so I need things very visual and clear and Goldie is exactly that!

Cons:

I struggled at the start with knowing I’d done everything correctly I had to Google some bits I’d like a tutorial I think to really go into depth for a beginner.

Great Pricing!

Great! I love this because it’s user friendly for me and my clients. It’s a great price for what I need in my business.

I like the price! It’s a great price and I get exactly what I need. I think I pay about $29 a month but I get every feature I need.

Cons:

Sometimes there is minor bugs and glitches but so does any app. The discount feature has a small problem where the dates are incorrect.

Reasons for choosing Goldie

GlossGenius is too expensive for getting the same features with Goldie. It’s at least $15 more. I’m not paying that.

Amazing experience, fast effortless and so easy to use and customise! It’s great it comes with a mini website all built for you, I was up and running in a day and my clients love it

It’s quick and was an effortless transition my old software, it’s multiple payment options are great for offering clients more options, I was able to easily edit all automated client messages and this will no doubt help me massively in my business

Literally the best highly recommend

I’ve been using it for few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with Goldie. I wish it had something to upload consent forms rather than creat them there but it’s totally fine !
