About Bright Order

Bright Order is a warehouse and order management solution that allows enterprises to manage order fulfilment and sourcing processes across third-party logistic (3PL) providers, stores and warehouses via a unified portal. The application lets businesses established custom workflows to streamline the allocation of orders to distribution centers, dropshipping comparison for suppliers, and address verification operations.

Bright Order allows organizations to regulate payments, returns and substitute order management activities and prioritize deliveries based on distribution centers and shipping dates. Additionally, supervisors can receive orders from multiple stores and offer multiple fulfilment options to customers such as direct shipping, online purchases and in-store pickup.

Bright Order enables managers to define custom rules to monitor activities across multiple locations, partners, stores and distribution centers via a centralized dashboard. Pricing details are available on request and support is provided via phone and email.

Pros:

the eassy way it has to provide tracking info and what is in each shipping package

sometimes if you don use the app it will logged you out after 10 min and have to log in again

Pros:

Once built out, the system is VERY robust. It can do just about anything (with enough time and cost). Can handle large order volumes. 10-20k+ orders/day per client with several-plus clients in one building.

Cons:

By no means Plug 'n Play. Even for table-stakes WMS offerings, it took months to be able to get orders out the door. It was very frustrating as the demo looked awesome before we understood that it was based on an account that took 12+ months and costs to build it out to that level.
