Very easy to use freight management portal and API solutions

We have great overall experience with FreightExchange. The implementation was easy and efficient. We always receive great support from development and support team about customized requirements and support requests. The freight management portal is easy to use for warehouse staff.

Freight exchange provides very robust and flexible API options. The dev team is always willing to help with customization to fulfill customer requirement. The support has been very prompt and efficient to handle support requests.

Cons:

There are no API solutions available for reporting and analytics.

Overall Freight Exchange has had a positive impact, very helpful to get quotes and freight options to areas that a lot of other freight handlers do not service. Pricing is very competitive.

Sometimes hidden costs such as manual handling charges or remote delivery surcharges are not explained until we receive an invoice.

Pros:

No doubt it is very easy to use and manage. You can manage all the orders, air shipping, cost tracking and claims within the platform. Very easy to implement and offers one of the best support. It makes every manual thing we did before in the warehouses automated.

Cons:

They have a monthly cost but they do have some of the costs which we weren't informed about before starting with them. They had some hidden costs.

The product was a closer functional fit for our environment than the alternatives. It replaced a number of manual processes that involved manual exchange of information via spreadsheets

Cons:

Despite being a closer fit there were still some unique shipping arrangements, given the value of cargo Perth Mint ships, that have required software enhancements. The FreightExchnage team have done these changes in a timely and professional manner.

It was able to meet a number of technical, architectural and IT security requirements better than the alternatives.
