Easy to use software for online retailing

Pros:

This software is reasonably priced. We could also launch basic modules for e-commerce operations easily. The software can also be used for offline retailing as we also have offline stores in India

Cons:

The software still has some loose ends and hopefully will be fully functional in coming months

Big no to PLOTCH

Had a bad experience since day one. Had to follow up for every minute thing. Had to escalate even for invoices too. Whatever sales team committed, backed out once taken the plan. Would suggest never to go for PLOTCH. No marketing or SEO support. Takes a longer time to support. Moreover, the site server is slow, takes a longer time to download your site. A lot of technical bugs if you get your site audit done.

Cons:

Interface is very cluttered. It can be a little overwhelming. Does not provide a link to the actual product when a new order is placed. The email notification does not have basic information like size of the product ordered and order no.
