Early days but very promising

Pros:

I have been a user for less than six months, so while we haven't yet recognized firm impact, I see tremendous promise in the Tealbook tools driven by two things... flexibility and their collaborative approach. The software is very flexible in that the team seems very willing to search for broadly useful information, even if it is not yet part of their data collection protocol. The flexibility of the software to achieve these kinds of additions combined with the Tealbook team's can-do, collaborative approach makes me feel like almost anything is possible!

Cons:

There are certainly elements of the software that can be improved. Some of the integration activities have been a little difficult as some capabilities are not where they need to be from a data accuracy/reliability perspective. And some of the analytics capabilities are not what we had hoped. In EVERY instance, however, the Tealbook team has stepped up and committed to driving improvements for the long term and work arounds for the immediate term.

Great Way to Quickly View Spend

Pros:

Extremely easy to use product, great at quick finding the spend information for companies and getting a quick background on them.

Cons:

It would be useful to see what other companies spend data is for certain vendors, even if it is anonymously shared.
