About WebReq

WebReq is a procurement management software designed to help businesses manage invoicing, expenses, claims, budgets, credit card allocations and purchasing processes. The platform enables administrators to capture, approve, track and schedule recurring purchase orders.

Managers can set up budgets, handle returns, generate receipts and rank supplier performances on a unified interface. WebReq allows teams to collect documents and configure access permissions for staff members to track unapproved invoices. Additionally, supervisors can allocate corporate credit cards to employees and track rejected card transactions on a centralized dashboard.

WebReq integrates seamlessly with existing financial and accounting systems to manage procurement processes. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions as well as one-time licenses and support is extended via phone, email and an online contact form.

Pros:

Raising PO/Receiving and processing invoices very simple and approval process and controls work very well. Easy to set up and change approval rules and approvers. Works very will with the business growth and requirements.

Cons:

Reports not available and needs to be written whenever required.
