Worth every penny that you pay for it

Since we have deployed AfterShip, inbound shipping questions have all stopped, and our return customer rate has increased. Since we are B2B, shipping updates are critical, and Aftership has helped us level up.

Pros:
It is an excellent app for keeping my customers updated about the shipping. Once it is set up, it runs automatically. My customers get real-time updates.
Cons:
Too many segmented upsells. It would be nice if the app were more comprehensive rather than requiring frequent upgrades to each feature.

Excellent support team. [sensitive content hidden] helped me overcome a significant challenge with my Aftership connection. Their support is significantly better than their competitor Loop Returns.

The UI is a little clunky. I wish it were a bit more streamlined and clean. They offer a lot of apps that we do not use in one dashboard, which hurts the overall UI experience.

Reasons for choosing AfterShip

The platform is more flexible and far better customer support than Loop Returns. Loop has a slightly better UI, but their customer support and usability is much worse as compared to Aftership

The AfterShip team is incredibly helpful whenever support is needed, and the platform makes integration quick and straightforward!
Cons:
It would be great to have a bundle feature similar to Shoppedance. I also wish there were a simpler way to export TikTok orders that includes the corresponding Shopify order numbers, without having to manually finding the order tags in the export file.

Best Shipment Tracking Solution

AfterShip help my Canada Shopify store solve our problem with accurate Shipment Tracking. I've tried many services: Track123, ParcelLab, ... But nothing came close to AfterShip number of supported carriers. The Customer Support team is super fast and knowlegable, I usually got an answer after 15m and they always solve my problem, shout out to [sensitive content hidden]

Great experience with Aftership

Really easy to use, great interface, webhooks work perfectly. Used a couple alternative tracking services before Aftership that were below par. Customer support is always extremely quick and helpful, have been in touch with multiple support workers but the most recent Khushi was really helpful!
Cons:
Email building is a little limited so we send our own through webhooks, still better than other services though...! Royal Mail not being supported as a courier is also a shame for the non-premium packages.

Reasons for switching to AfterShip

It was a poor product compared, the built in emails looked awful and the tracking was inaccurate... customers would receive emails 6+ hours after delivery

Excellent Experience-- Aftership is a Money Maker!

Excellent and my favorite app to play with and test features with to give my customers the best experience while making sure I am able to maximize sales and recover abandoned checkouts, which I wasnt able to do on Etsy before well at all.

Ease of Use - easy, intuitive user interface. Many features with professional appearance on back end inside Shopify manager and beautiful on website display customer-facing. Beats all other apps I've tried.
Cons:
Nothing yet, I really havent had anything go wrong.

Reasons for switching to AfterShip

Awful unpredictable email send. Never automatically sent as programmed to. Hardly sent any email promos to customers and didnt let them know my shop was open again like it was suppose to. Never sent promo coupon code campaigns and I had a huge list of customers!

makes returns and tracking easy and it integrates with squarespace which is sometimes an issue for me as most companies only focus on shopify integration.
Cons:
sometimes it is difficult to edit your landing page, i couldnt get consistency between my returns and tracking landing pages.
