Log360 Cloud minimized visibility gaps in my hybrid environment by providing an integrated view of AWS, Azure AD, and local AD. For somebody who monitors their networks, this holistic method of threat intelligence was very helpful.

What I found impressively informative is that Log360 Cloud can aggregate user activity in AWS, Azure AD, and local AD at the same time. They eliminated blindness of my hybrid network and provided consolidated threat intelligence source to it.

Cons:

I noticed functional slow downs particularly when defining custom correlation rules involving event chaining.

Log360 Cloud has an impressive compliance reporting aspect that comes with numerous templates that fit different compliance norms. Incorporating this functionality also ease the auditing process of our organization whilst ensuring compliance with complex regulation without much input from the management.

Cons:

One of the functional limitations found is that the system may experience a lag when processing several numbers of log data. This is because decisions made during important stages of the project may be affected by the above mentioned delay.

I appreciated how Log360 Cloud ties activities from Azure Active Directory, AWS accounts, and SaaS apps into a single report on incidents. The opportunity to have multiple platform alerts in one place meant they could address certain risks without switching between different interfaces.

Cons:

At times, the custom alerting rules were not well equipped for some SaaS services with an adequate number of requisite templates. Manual creation of some alerts was needed, and due to the specifics of logs formats it sometimes was time consuming.

With Log360 Cloud I was able to implement real-time alerting system that helped a lot in improving security. The presence of the automation enables one to be notified on potential threats as soon as they occur to reduce the impact of the threats.

Cons:

The functional issue that was experienced included was log synchronization from some of the endpoints may take a while during high traffic times. This sometimes leads to delays on the part of the team on analysis and subsequent response.

It is useful to consolidate the logs gathered from various sources into one platform as offered by Log360 Cloud. It enables easy grouping of events and correlation to quick identification of threats while the internal compliance reports help in compliance attainment in various ways.

Cons:

I noticed that during high use of the logs, the search functionality was not as fast as I wanted it to be. Although not critical, fine tuning for performance during such periods of loads would help improve user experience.

I considered the threat detection live and user behavior analysis as being very accurate. Log360 Cloud allows me to identify potential issues in a snap without having go through multitude of records. There is particularly one of them that is phenomenal in providing the link between cause and effect to make decision-making far easier.

Cons:

I found that there was always some sort of delay when attempting to pull audit logs from multiple third party SaaS applications. Such slight delays are seen in the platform can be critical when trading on the system since they hinder real-time tracking of emergent threats.
