Pros:

This is so easy to set up and use. I’ve been wooed to use other similar platforms, but I won’t consider it. Ticket purchasers find it simple to use. The ticket purchase data is easy to access.

Cons:

It’s so straightforward, I can’t imagine how it could be better.
