Howuku is a cloud-based user experience management system that helps businesses understand user behavior and gain insight into how the user interacts with the website. It enables professionals to visualize visitor engagement to determine the area that gets the most attention based on clicks, traffic source or scrolling activity.

Users can detect how visitors scroll, move or rage click on site by session recording, perform A/B split tests, and utilize video feedback and annotation drawing to help collect the most descriptive feedback from audience.

One of the best in the market

Best in the industry

We've previously used Hotjar and tried to set up our own proprietary system, neither of which worked well for us.Hotjar's pricing is considerably higher and provides less helpful data than Howuku. Hotjar also requires more setup as events have to be manually tracked using custom tracking code.

The setup was very easy compared to some competitors, I'm a huge fan of the automated event tracking which automatically sets up events for any buttons/forms on our site.

Cons:

Nothing really, it's worked great, especially after we've had issues with similar companies.

RRweb is the backbone of a lot of these products, the problem is that it's hard to optimize, and file sizes can become huge

Hotjar's pricing + poor ease of use - We got locked out of our accounts all the time, especially because we managed multiple websites from one account.

The software is easy to set-up, it works as it should and the team behind it is very responsive and helpful! For us, it was the perfect alternative when HotJar's cost became not justifiable.

Cons:

I'd like to be able to ignore completely the traffic coming from geographic areas outside of our most important markets.

Howuku is an easy to use customer service software that provides a simple and intuitive user interface. This makes it easy for customers to quickly find answers to their queries, as well as providing customer service representatives with the tools they need to provide the best customer service possible.Howuku allows me to customize the customer service experience by enabling me to create our own customer service templates and customer satisfaction surveys.

I found this tool excellent in terms of heatmaps and recording. I can also get easily event tracking reports. Its on site A/B testing is very good than other competitive tool. Its conversion funnel helps us for taking many decisions. It has also an excellent user interface.

Cons:

There is currently no location-based website customization available.Integrations option not up to the mark. I found that it has limited team member per plan.
