Missive 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I've been using Missive for two years now, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional email service. This tool is incredibly useful for ensuring collaboration within a single team: shared mailbox and individual mailboxes, assignment of emails based on projects managed by employees, integrated chat. It makes our work more fluid and easier to follow. We've already had to contact support, and the team is super fast and helpful.

Settings management: we are always concerned about the impact of deleting a user on the organization of our shared mailbox.

The snooze feature is also a lifesaver, helping me focus on immediate tasks and revisiting emails when it's more convenient. What really sets Missive apart is their customer support. They're always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur or part of a larger team, they treat you like you're their most important customer. The documentation is thorough, but it's reassuring to know there's a real person available to answer any questions you might have. I was fortunate enough to get grandfathered into a super price, but even with their occasional price adjustments, Missive remains an excellent value. They're constantly rolling out new features, which is impressive, especially since they work smoothly without the usual glitches you might expect from frequent updates. I love Missive, I don't have any cons. Missive is always thinking of features that we don't have to request!

My favourite part of missive was that we were able to integrate other programs and platforms into our Missive. Giving us more abilities than if we were just using one program.

Because of the fact that we were integrate other platforms into our Missive use we would sometimes run into troubles if one platform upgraded and the functionality stopped between the two.

I like using Missive because it helps our team keep all our emails in one shared inbox. Everyone can see messages, assign a colleague to take care of an email, and reply from a single email address, which makes work faster. They usually update the system from time to time with new features to make it better. Their support team is great at clarifying questions/inquiries and providing tailor fit answers. Our transition from Gmail to Missive was easy even for those that are not super tech-savvy people.

I still have a few email feature related questions that aren't there yet but are possible with CRMs and a few limitations with integrations through Zapier without using webhooks.

I was most impressed with how much thought went in to building out the features to really cover almost any scenario or use case you and your team may have. Would highly recommend this product to every team.

Overall the platform is very user friendly, but you do have to read their online tutorials to fully understand some of the features it has.

There was a version of Missive that was rolled out that changed the UI relatively significantly. Once the Community expressed dissatisfaction, Missive, to their credit, immediately rolled it back to the prior UI and sent out a message to all users explaining the back and forth. Love that.

Their incoming and outgoing rules is amazing. The ability to combine that with AI for task creation is next level

The only thing is I would like more abilities when it comes to task creation and task management but I had to stretch to say that.

Missive has a lot of great tools for organizing our communications. The search feature is great for looking up prior emails, there's a built-in chat for internal communication and you can assign emails to co-workers to spread tasks around.

Like a lot of newer platforms, not everything works the first time it is rolled out so there have been quite a few updates since we started using it which means we have to keep adapting to the changes.

Spam emails still infiltrate my inbox despite setting up a rule to detect and delete spams.

Support team has been awesome with all of questions. Good replacement for Front

There's some confusion about closed/archived at first, but they've helped us navigate that
