About Teleskill Live

Teleskill Live is a virtual classroom software that helps businesses collaborate with colleagues on presentations and documents via video conferencing. The platform enables administrators to record and share online calls with attendees via intranet and portals.

Teachers can share screens, videos and images with students to manage online classes in real-time. Teleskill Live offers a chat functionality, which allows teams to privately communicate with participants during web conferences. Additionally, supervisors can also upload documents and send questionnaires to collect feedback from employees on a unified interface.

Teleskill Live lets stakeholders raise hands, manage audio levels, download documents and switch on/off the webcams. Pricing is based on annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and an online contact form.

Una piccola azienda per un grande prodotto

Grande disponibilità del loro personale per l'integrazione con il nostro portale e disponibilità anche per esigenza specifiche temporanee che erano per noi di particolare importanza. Il fatto di poter parlare con le persone direttamente coinvolte e preparate ha facilitato il processo di implementazione e configurazione.

Pros:

Lo strumento é completo rispetto ai competitor visti e perfetto per l'uso che viene fato nella nostra azienda. Semplice da usare ma efficace e apprezzato dai colleghi che ormai lo usano da più di 3 anni. Utilizza risorse (banda internet e velocità pc) più che modeste rispetto ad altri prodotti più esigenti anche in condizioni estreme. Mantiene una buona qualità di audio e video in quasi tutte le nostre situazioni aziendali.

Cons:

Inizialmente anni fa era più grezzo ma con l'ultima versione rilasciata a fine 2020 il salto é stato notevole. Degno di molti prodotti in commercio a prezzi notevolmente maggiori. Gradevole e semplice come sempre.

Per lo stile aziendale più contenuto nel numero delle risorse ma più rapido ed efficace nella risposta alle nostre esigenze oltre al rapporto qualità/prezzo ovviamente molto conveniente. La società era in via di sviluppo ma già denotava un carattere deciso.

Perchè le esigenze di integrazione con il nostro portale della formazione e la crescente necessità di fare formazione sincrona non erano più compatibili con le soluzioni fino a quel momento utilizzate.

La sicurezza e la privacy non sono un optional

Uso il prodotto da quasi 10 anni, ho realizzato diversi progetti aziendali, compresi dei progetti istituzionali classificati come TOP SECRET. La sua naturale versatilità, affiancata da un supporto tecnico molto attivo, ne permette l'inserimento in quasi qualsiasi contesto

Un prodotto che è configurabile per il livello di sicurezza e privacy che ci prefiggiamo di raggiungere Il fatto che il mondo intero stia scegliendo di andare in direzione "va bene tutto basti che sia economico", inevitabilmente seguita da " se lo usano loro, sarà sicuramente valido", ci sta portando in una direzione di accesso inconsapevole e in massa a servizi economici di cui si ignora il livello minimo di sicurezza privacy per un servizio che dovrebbe essere considerato strategico. A volte fare una scelta differente in un ambito tecnologico apprezabile dall'esterno da anche un immagine aziendale più solida.

Cons:

Ora il prodotto è rodato e maturo. I problemi nella sua evoluzione decennale ci sono sicuramente stati, ma grazie ad servizio di assistenza con cui si può parlare e che ti ascolta si sono sempre trovate tempestivamente soluzioni valide.

Prodotto completo con un’interfaccia intuitiva e semplice da utilizzare anche per i meno pratici. Vista l’accelerazione del telelavoro, ritengo che questo software possa essere uno strumento prezioso nello svolgimento delle attività di formazione a distanza e, più generalmente, di video conferenza dove eccelle per distacco confronto ai più blasonati Skype e Teams.

Cons:

Da mero fruitore del servizio, benché non esperto del settore, non ho trovato punti di debolezza nel programma.

Molto buona, la piattaforma ha dei layout di default personalizzabili, con molteplici finestre che puoi attivare, disattivare e ridimensionare a tuo piacimento.

Da Teleskill Live una piacevole e utile sorpresa

Cercavo da un po’ un software con questa caratteristica e finalmente l’ho trovato! Inoltre non occorre installare nessun plugin nemmeno per condividere il desktop.

È davvero utile avere la possibilità di avviare la comunicazione diretta tramite la finestra domande. Inoltre le breakout rooms permettono di suddividere gli utenti in diretta per project work!
