Pros:

It's not just software, it's a business engine that keeps going and going and going. With out it you won't get that far.

Cons:

The fact its so good that I know I have to use it to stay ahead of my competition.

Reasons for choosing Zywave Websites

At the time I trusted what they had to offer based on the people I spoke to on the phone and eventually met at the conferences back when they were being held. I believed in what they were doing to help agents so by default I also believe in their product. I felt confident I was being taken care of and steered in the right direction. To do this day I can say I 100% made the right decision to partner with ITC.

This is a good web builder!

Well, it does not bring any leads for me but I use the email that comes with the website. I can also point people to my website if they want to know more about my business.

The price is very reasonable and if you know what you are doing, you can make it work.

Cons:

It does not generate any leads for me unless I buy the next level which is much higher in premium than the one I currently use.

Started off strong when we only had 1 or 2 points of contact, but now when I need to change or amend something it gets delegated to whomever and the changes made haven't been satisfactory.

Very robust with what it has to offer, if you choose to utilize everything

Cons:

Support and making changes outside of the software isn't great . Software can be clunky to navigate if you don't use it on a regular basis.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome to work with. And the customer service is excellent. All the techs I talk to are great and really want to help.

Cons:

We purchased the product thinking that main replicate down to the subsites but I have to monitor often and everytime i contact customer service they dont know about the automatic replication. The do try to assist in any way then can tho! Good folks.

I like the website and it’s features...but, getting good help from someone who cares is a challenge. My Customer Satisfaction Manager is terrible and doesn’t even reply to emails or return phone calls.

Insurance Website Builder - Great Online Exposure

The ability for potential (or current) clients to contact us and request a call/quote via the website has been consistently beneficial to our business.

Pros:

My insurance agency uses this software to customize and display our Agency's website. There are numerous features that allow us to tailor the website to fit our specific needs. While our agency does not advertise much, the online exposure that ITC has provided us is crucial in today's digital world. It has been a perfect fit for our online goals.

Cons:

This is a difficult question to answer because ITC has fulfilled all of the needs that our small agency has. As we grow in size over coming years I can see that more of the features that are available will become useful, so I suppose the only real 'con' I can say is that I wish there was a 'starter' option that would provide less of the features we do not currently use in exchange for a smaller monthly payment.

ITC was an objective provider, while the website through the insurance carrier was really tailored to promote that company above others. As an independent agency we needed a non-biased provider.

Great Support and Customer Service

Website builder allows us to present a digital storefront for our clients and customize the experience for us as is needed.

The Website Builder software allows almost complete customization of individual pages with minimal technical experience. When I have run into an issue I cannot solve, I have found the support team to be incredibly helpful and responsive.

Cons:

The Website Builder could provide more "smart" forms for clients rather than the static forms which are available.

We chose Website Builder because of the ability to choose from many standard templates and then customize that product for our specific needs.

Versatile & Professional

Overall I've had a good experience working with the ITC website builder site and design team with their services offered. I would highly recommend anyone considering using ITC to feel confident it is a good choice.

Pros:

Working with ITC to build our website has been a very pleasant process. The ITC team has been very helpful from the beginning design stages to the final stages of launching our new website and I like having my own designated rep to reach out to any time I have questions or need to make changes that I don't have access to, they've been very responsive and quick to move on any request. I also like the ease of use of the website management site where I can create my own content or access analytical data I may need. I also like using their services to help manage our social media pages.

Cons:

The con is that it can be very time consuming and challenging to create a new website from the ground up if you don't have any experience in doing this. The ITC team is very good at assisting you through the process but you have to know what direction you want to go in first and then make sure everything is implemented as intended. If you don't know how to work the management website for it, it can be a little confusing at first but once you get a handle on it it is easy.

Plan template made it easy to build out originally. Support has been good to help direct SEO. Administration portal is good but could be more user friendly.

Cons:

We have not been able to update and add features or change menues easily. Starting to be too rigid to serve our evolution.

Up and coming presence

From a business standpoint, it has been what one would hope it to be. Everyone, no matter who you talk to, has been responsive. As for the tools, they are just that. It always come down to who is pulling the levers. When you have good folks pushing the buttons, you're going to get some good results.

I enjoy being the uniformity of it. Since our business is to help seniors, we need something that is not just nice to look at, but is easy to navigate. The template meets that need on both fronts.

Cons:

The forms are not as flexible as I would like.
