Very happy with this software

We are able to keep all of our files up to date in a database that is accessible directly by our attendees. We have very few complaints from our attendees and those are mostly from individuals who do not want to take the time to claim their own credit.

Pros:

I like the ability to edit my applications. The way the sections are organized makes sense to me. It was easy to get started and implement. They have great customer service.

Cons:

Some processes require too many steps. Some of the reporting aspects are not intuitive. I am not a fan of the evaluation module. It is too time-consuming. I want the ability to add logos to certificates myself.

It was easier to use and at a better price point.
