Customizable affiliate management system that does the job

Overall, I like that I can set it up once and forget about it. The tool is great for pro or advanced requirements, but for simple requirements, it may be a slight overkill.

Pros:

I like the wide range of tracking options available and the rules for commissions. I also like that they offer many integrations with several e-commerce platforms. Integration has always been quite easy and straightforward. The dashboards and reports available are quite detailed, and affiliates also appreciate having access to their data. Pricing is affordable.

Cons:

The interface could use an update. There is a learning curve due to the variety of options available for configuration. It took us a while to configure everything, but once it was set up, we've never been required to change it or update it so far.

Options and add-ons are very extensive and allow for any kind of integration or configuration you can imagine. And all that at a flat rate and not a percentage of every transaction like other systems!

Cons:

It's infinite flexibility makes it a little harder to configure than some simpler systems. Fortunately their knowledge base is also pretty expansive.

The ease of use and how it integrates perfectly with shopify making it a seamless experience, no hussle integration which works "out-of-the-box"

Cons:

Only one affiliate tier is available for the free version. It would be nice to have the ability to add at least another affiliate tier to try it more indepth before moving on to a paid version.

My opinion

It's great that you can test the program for a month for free. There are many instructions and the customer service is very helpful, so you can check whether the program has all the features you want. At the beginning, it was difficult for me to navigate the program, but over time I got to know it and it seemed easier to use.

It was decent, the platform itself works well. Any company can create an affiliate program but the campaign set up may be difficult.

Cons:
